$2.9 Million Cinema Props The Godfather Mansion From the 1972 Film Goes on Sale

GODFATHER MANSION

Does the word “appeal” go hand-in-hand with real estate? If so, then any “Godfather” fan with a big enough checkbook can snag up the actual Corleone family compound.
The original home used in the 1972 film will cost you a whopping $2.9 million. Pretty cheap, if you ask me, for a prop used in one of the most critically acclaimed films ever. The “Godfather” mansion has a main house with eight bedrooms and an additional four acres of land. The home is located in Staten Island.
